Certification

“In the end, it is impossible to have a great life unless it is a meaningful life. And it is very difficult to have a meaningful life without meaningful work. Perhaps, then, you might gain that rare tranquility that comes from knowing that you’ve had a hand in creating something of intrinsic excellence that makes a contribution. Indeed, you might even gain that deepest of all satisfactions: knowing that your short time here on this earth has been well spent, and that it mattered.”

The Projects Method Certification

Project Row & Project Ski were created in order to bring athletes and coaches confidence, enjoyment and improved performance on both the rower and the skierg. As a coach, it is incredibly important that we don’t just know how to perform ‘the skill’, but we know how to teach it, coach it, communicate it, correct it and improve it.This is why I created the Performance Project. To give you the tools and the skills to have your athletes performing, moving and feeling better on the rower, the skierg and beyond.

At Renegade we think that the path to a long and healthy life starts in the gym and heads out of the doors.

We created Renegade to provide you with a place where what you do has a greater meaning than just going to the gym. You’re not here to work out your body, you’re here to work out your soul.

Fitness means moving your body through any task, and that means squatting, hingeing, crawling, pulling, jumping, running, slamming, erging, pushing and carrying in the gym to create a strong, stable and powerful body that’s healthy for life, not just one weekend.

Renegade means being part of a community who value competition for how it strengthens communities, instead of glorifying individuals. And above all, being a Renegade means you believe that together we are stronger.

We are Rengades. Are you?
